Services

Everything a growth team does, from one person.

Each one stands on its own with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Most clients start with one and add the next when the first is paying for itself.

01 · BuildClaude Code · LovableSupabase · Stripe · CF 02 · AcquireGoogle Ads · MetaTikTok · creative 03 · RankTechnical SEO · contentlocal pages · schema 04 · ConvertEmail + SMS flowslanding pages · CRO 05 · MeasureGA4 · Search ConsoleClarity replays · weekly changes ← what the data says goes straight back into the build, every week

A good fit if

  • You have a product or service that needs to start selling, and nobody owns the marketing yet
  • Your site, ads, search and email exist, but have never been run as one system
  • You want one person to do the work, not an account manager relaying it to a team

Also worth a call if

  • You already have an agency or a marketing team and need someone who can actually build and ship the changes
  • You only need one thing fixed, fast: the ads account, the tracking, the website, the email flows
  • You are not sure what you need yet and want a straight answer before spending anything

Wombat Crates · own venture · Sept 2026

From idea to a paying customer in one week.

Plastic moving-crate hire for Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches. Designed in Figma and Lovable, exported to GitHub and rebuilt properly with Claude Code: TanStack Start, Supabase bookings, Stripe Checkout, a postcode checker, a booking calendar that cannot outrun the stock, and an owner's dashboard behind a password.

Then the growth layer: Google Ads from day five, Microsoft Clarity recording every session, GA4 and Search Console wired in, twelve suburb pages and eight guides for search, and a daily indexing task that asks Google to crawl anything new.

  3. Day 3SEO foundations: schema, sitemap, region pages

Sydney law firm · retained client · 2022 to now

An SEO engine that returns 17x what it costs.

Sole owner of a Sydney law firm's digital presence. Rebuilt the site from scratch, then built a search engine of a different kind: practice-area and location pages, a steady article programme targeting high-intent legal queries, technical fixes, local SEO and monthly reporting the partners actually read.

Four years on, it is still retained. That is the metric I care about most. The firm prefers not to be named, so the site is shown blurred.

LNK Connect · own venture · 2026

A two-sided marketplace, built and launched with AI.

LNK connects people facing high-stakes career decisions, into private equity, investment banking and consulting, with insiders already doing the job. A paid, confidential, one-to-one platform: expert profiles, booking, payments and the trust layer a product like this needs.

Built end to end with AI tooling, then given a content engine: long-form guides on breaking into each industry, each one briefed, written and structured for search before it was published. Organic impressions went from zero to over a thousand a week inside two months, and the platform now takes 25-plus inbound enquiries a week.

About

Operator first, marketer second, builder because the tools finally allow it.

I started in markets at Nomura in London, the middle-office point of contact for two trading desks, which is where I learned to work to deadlines that do not move. Since 2020 I have built and run early-stage businesses in London and Sydney: a creator marketplace that became a marketing agency with multi-year retained clients, two consumer brands from design to shelf, and go-to-market for venture-backed studios.

What changed in the last two years is that one person with the right tools can now do the whole job. I build the product with Claude Code, I run the acquisition, I read the data, and I make the changes the same day. That is what go-to-market engineering means to me.

Questions

The things people ask on the first call.

Who is this for?

Founders and owners who want a specific job done well, or the whole go-to-market run by someone who can also build. Typically Australia and the UK, from local service businesses and e-commerce to early-stage software.

Do you actually build the product, or just the marketing?

Both. Wombat Crates and LNK are real products with payments, databases and admin tooling, built by me. If you already have engineers I plug into their process; if you don't, you don't need them to launch.

What does "AI-driven" mean in practice?

Claude Code writes and ships the code with me reviewing every change. Higgsfield and similar tools produce video and creative that would otherwise need a shoot. Analysis of ads, search and session data is automated so the decisions happen weekly, not quarterly. The judgement is still a person's.

How do you price?

Single services are a fixed project price, quoted after a short call. Bundles and the full go-to-market are monthly retainers with a three-month minimum. No percentage of ad spend, and you always know the number before we start.

Can I start with one service and add more later?

That is how most people do it. Start with the thing that hurts most, usually ads or the website, and add SEO or email once the first one is paying for itself. Bundles are priced lower than the same services bought separately.

Who owns the work?

You do. Code lives in your GitHub, ads in your accounts, data in your Supabase. Nothing is held hostage, and the handover is written so you could run it without me.

Next step

Tell me what you want to sell. I'll tell you how I'd launch it.

Twenty minutes, no deck. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so and point you at who is.
